Parenting Rules

SUSANNAH WESLEY’S PARENTING RULES

1. Subdue self-will in a child and thus work together with God to save his soul.
2. Teach him to pray as soon as he can speak.
3. Give him nothing he cries for and only what is good for him if he asks for it politely.
4. Commend and reward good behavior.
5. Strictly observe all promises you have made to your child.

I just want to share to you the not so latest update from Pag-Ibig  the "PASALO" which I inquired recently because I am also offering my townhouse unit and so to help  the buyer and the seller of the process and requirements please read. Please be informed that the Pag-IBIG Fund doesn't have an assume balance anymore on mortgaged properties (Assumption of Mortgage) or what others called as 'pasalo'.
