If some people wear costumes in Halloween parties, in Philippines we do it in Christmas parties. You read it and heard that one of the best Christmas celebration happens in my country but I'm not saying there's no worse in it, surely it occurs, imagine all families, workers, employees, small and big companies throw parties, going to amusement park, photographers and wedding organizers are in demand, people busy buying, shopping in Divisoria, Greenhills, Baclaran, Quiapo, SM malls, Robinsons, Trinoma, Landmark, gosh! It's crazy listing down all the malls in Metro Manila, not to mention those in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao. Plus the annual Film Festival, showing of local movies and December is the best time to held such festival and I don't have to tell you why, doh! And if you're so conscious of your health, be cautious and learn to say NO and mean it. You know why, smorgasbord style: Lechon, caldereta, green salad, fruit salad, spaghetti, carbonara, "bibingka" (it's sweet sticky steamed rice), BBQ chicken, Pork BBQ, menudo, all kinds of fruits, leche flan, cakes, ice cream, beers, wine, loud music, loud people, videoke, and a lot more.. and not only that, you will be invited by neighbors, house to house; a different kind of experience for foreigners and why OFWs and Filipinos abroad wishes they were in Philippines.
